They allegedly 'did conduct themselves [ ... ] in an outrageous and disorderly manner, and did utter oaths and imprecations and did also utter threats', and also 'did wickedly and feloniously attack and assault the said James McDonald and did throw an old shoe and a piece or pieces of ice, or some other missile or missiles'. Dated 3rd February, 1865 and 6th February, 1865.
