DescriptionBeaker with chevron marking in two wide bands around the main body, with (partially restored) decoration around the collar. The beaker is cracked and has been restored at some point around the collar . A hand-written label is attached to the inside of the beaker in Adam Arbuthnot's handwriting, inscribed 'Found in a Tumulus at Savock parish of Longside Estate of Faichfield, next to the place called Camp-wells. Within 1/4 mile of Cairn Catto. 20th July 1838' and also a label on the side of the beaker inscribed 'Peterhead'
